What we collect
When you use the feedback or contact forms we store the details you type — name, email, and message — so the right person can follow up. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
The chat assistant
Conversations with the OpsUnity assistant are logged and periodically reviewed by our team to improve answer quality. Messages you send are processed by our AI provider, OpenRouter, which routes them to the underlying language model to generate replies. Don't share secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal data in the chat. If you ask the assistant to put you in touch with us, the contact details you provide are stored as a sales lead.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and chat logs are kept only as long as they're useful for the purpose you sent them — typically no more than 24 months — and are then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show or delete the data we hold about you. Email us via the contact page and we'll action it promptly.
